... Who would I have to talk to get permission to modify people's Duel Disks for something that isn't "Turn the safeties off".
And I'm increasingly not feeling thrilled about thinking about going home, eventually.

1) You notice this guy talking to that new-ish Obelisk Blue girl who's a truant. You politely wait until she leaves to pester him.
2) You can catch him on the way to or from Sakana.
3) Special Bonus Option:
You run into a masked man skulking around some old temple or reputed haunted/abandoned building. What do you do about this masked man. Who gives you the distinct impression he's glowering at the air despite the fact you can't see his eyes.::
